| Resumo: | A relação entre direito e literatura é um tema relevante que tem sido objeto de estudo e reflexão ao longo da história. A literatura tem sido utilizada como ferramenta para ilustrar e compreender conceitos jurídicos complexos e, ao mesmo tempo, para explorar questões éticas e filosóficas fundamentais relacionadas ao direito. Desde a antiguidade, a literatura tem sido um meio de reflexão sobre o direito e a justiça, influenciando o pensamento jurídico e inspirando mudanças sociais significativas. Neste artigo será explorado a evolução do direito na literatura ao longo da história, abordando as principais contribuições de autores e obras literárias em diferentes períodos históricos, com o intuito de responder a questão de como a literatura e o direito se interinfluenciaram e se relacionaram através das diferentes eras da história através da revisão bibliográfica, coleta e análise de estudos existentes sobre a relação entre direito e literatura. |
| Abstract: | The relationship between law and literature is a fascinating topic that has been the subject of study and reflection throughout history. Literature has been used as a tool to illustrate and understand complex legal concepts and, at the same time, to explore fundamental ethical and philosophical questions related to law. Since ancient times, literature has been a means of reflection on law and justice, influencing legal thinking and inspiring significant social change. In this article we will explore the evolution of law in literature throughout history, addressing the main contributions of authors and literary works in different historical periods, we will seek to answer the question of how literature and law inter-influenced and related to each other through the different eras of history through bibliographical review, collection and analysis of existing studies on the relationship between law and literature. |
