Abstract

Superinformational society arises with the advent of social networks. It is a new model of interaction between people connected by electronic devices, where they transcend their physical body thus reborn, a new man. The internet age has brought countless benefits, such as bringing people together in a virtual way, removed from the traditional media the monopoly of information and the "truth", brought news in real time around the world. However, there is an excess of information arriving in a short time, and this excess collaborates a lot for the spread of false news and misinformation. We live in the Post-Truth Era, where the objective truth of facts matters little. The veracity of the information is distorted by appealing to the public's emotional side, and what matters is beliefs, as well as your own opinion, and not scientific and proven studies. Everything is shared in a quick and practical way, with a simple click, without checking the sources of information in depth, and thus the so-called fake news, which in turn are intentionally manipulated news, comes into circulation very easily. in order to achieve a goal and interfere in the opinion of individuals. It is worth noting that people have the right to freedom of expression and that they can share opinions, ideas, etc., without interference by the State or any person in society, however, if such freedom violates the rights of others, it should be limited. This limitation and the fight against fake news must be done responsibly, without censorship of a constitutional right inherent to every human being.
