Os aspectos controversos da multiparentalidade

Abstract

The present work presents approaches on the family theme, demonstrating how it started. The concept of family that is known comes from many years ago, where the male figure was the head of the family power, and we know that over the years, our society has adapted and evolved, making it necessary to change the norm as well. With the social transformations the family also went through mutations and several different concepts of family were created, arising the need for a legal forecast, such as that of multi-parenting. Thus, it is demonstrated how this need arose, what are the forms provided by law and what are the problems faced on the topic, since it brings several discussions, as it is something new and different from the traditional family concept. All the information brought in this work was extracted from the knowledge of jurisprudence, doctrine and research on the subject. For this, research was carried out on the subject in the legislation, always bringing a true conclusion, in order to meet the objective of demonstrating the problems currently discussed, due to the social transformations that cause changes in the way in which people live.
