INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL NO DIREITO DO TRABALHO: O IMPACTO DA AUTOMAÇÃO NAS RELAÇÕES DE TRABALHO

Abstract

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted Labor Law, especially in labor relations and traditional functions. This article analyzes how automation is transforming the way of working and labor guarantees, as well as the need for regulation as determined by the constitution provided for in article 7, item XXVII of the Federal Constitution. The research is bibliographic, with a literature review on legislation and recent studies on the integration of AI in the workplace. The results show that despite efficiency gains, automation raises concerns about job replacement and the need for new regulations to protect workers' rights. It is concluded that, although the Constitution already guarantees these rights, it is essential to create more specific rules to balance the benefits of technology and the safety of workers.
