O direito feminista nas sociedades patriarcais e machistas: uma leitura da universalidade dos direitos humanos e da personalidade

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the origin of feminism and the patriarchy rooted in society and how even today, even with the UN and the Universality of Human Rights, there are still countries such as Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia Guinea and several others, that their male population commits atrocities against women and/or there is very little or no sanction applied to them by the state, which in theory should protect those who inhabit it. Therefore, the project's contribution to the scientific community and/or society is the observation of such a problem experienced by society, addressing several pillars that surround the theme, such as women's rights, the State responsibility to guarantee their safety, the role exercised by the UN, the perception of how inequality between the sexes is unfortunately still something current and how the Universality of Human Rights should be exercised. With the main objective of bringing about a greater interest in this problem, leading those who read it to undergo a critical analysis and reflection, which can generate the entailment of possible attitudes and actions that propose to ravage the issues and go in search of solutions.
