Aspectos da alienação parental e a proteção da futura criança

Abstract

The present article has the objective of analyzing the acts of parental alienation, focused on the acts practiced against the unborn child and the child. The parental alienation consists of the practice of acts performed in a repeatedly way by the preferred parent (the one who practices the act of parental alienation) that will make the unborn child and/or the child to reject the alienated parent (the one who is rejected because of these acts), normally this practice is deeply connected to the process of breaking-up a love relationship, since the spouse dissatisfied with the end of the relationship, starts transferring his/her anger from the partner to the unborn child and/or the child, who will gather this feeling and will start rejecting the alienated parent, causing many times irreparable damage to the child or teenager. For this reason, it‟s important that the representative of the Judiciary to be prepared to identify and solve this problem.
