| Resumo: | A presente pesquisa apresenta como temática a progressão do regime per saltum. O objetivo geral deste trabalho é destacar alguns dos principais aspectos relativos à execução penal. O objetivo específico caracteriza-se na busca por caracterizar a progressão do regime por salto, destacando a possibilidade de utilização e a justificativa para o novo modelo. Este trabalho caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa bibliográfica onde foram selecionados estudiosos e pensadores cujas obras estão relacionadas ao eixo temático aqui proposto. Teóricos como Júnior (2015), Marcão (2015) Dezem (2017), Reis (2017) e tantos outros aqui previamente não mencionados, contribuem para este feito de maneira a qualificar tal trabalho. Também foram utilizados documentos oficiais como a Constituição Federal (1988), a Lei nº 6416, de 24 de maio de 1977, a Lei nº 7.209, de 11 de julho de 1984 e a Lei nº 7.210, de 11 de julho de 1984. A justificativa é fundamentada pela latente relevância do assunto, considerando sua influência no direcionamento da sociedade. Portanto, ao longo do trabalho pode-se evidenciar que o eixo temático é passível de várias discussões, visto que a aplicação do regime por salto representa consequências por toda a sociedade. |
| Abstract: | The present research presents as its theme the progress of the scheme per saltum. The overall goal of this work is to highlight some of the main aspects of the implementation criminal. The specific objective is characterized in the pursuit to characterize the progression of the schemeby-hop, highlighting the possibility of use, and the justification for the new model. This work is characterized as a literature search where there were selected scholars and thinkers whose works are related to the thematic axis proposed here. Theorists such as Junior (2015), Marcão (2015) December (2017), the Kings (2017) and so many others here not previously mentioned, contribute to this done in a manner qualifying such a work. Were also used official documents as the Federal Constitution (1988), Law no. 6416, 24 may 1977, the Law no. 7.209 of 11 July 1984 and Law no. 7.210, of July 11, 1984. The justification is reasoned by the latent relevance of the subject, considering his influence in the direction of the society. Therefore, throughout the work we can demonstrate that the thematic area is prone to many discussions, since the implementation of the scheme-by-hop represents consequences for society as a whole. |
