Cyberbullying e a responsabilidade civil

Abstract

The present paper talks about Cyberbullying. The paper try to prove that it causes damage and consequently, civil responsibility. Therefore, it analyzed the concept of Cyberbullying and how it happens in people life. It analyzes that, besides the fact of it happen in virtual environment, it causes real effects in people life. Also was approached about how the law regularize virtual relations, noting the internet civil landmark together the other relevant laws. Lastly, it search for what the jurisprudence says about the theme, proving that there already are the understanding that de damage caused in virtual environment should be indemnify when products damage to the victim life.
