A responsabilidade do Estado quanto à reinserção social do adolescente egresso do sistema socioeducativo

Abstract

This article sought to discuss how the State is responsible for the social reintegration of the adolescent who leaves the socio-educational system. For this purpose, a brief history of the State's responsibility in terms of Brazil was traced and, during the text, the socio-educational measures, their application, their effectiveness and characteristics were discussed. It also briefly approached the role of the state in reintegrating the young offender into society as well as the role of society in this context.
