| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tratará a respeito da Alienação Parental, com o objetivo de destacar a importância da síndrome de alienação parental sob o enfoque da Ciência Jurídica. Identificar a alienação parental e evitar que esse maléfico processo afete a criança e se converta em síndrome, é tarefa que se impõe ao Poder Judiciário. O advogado que milita na área do direito de família deve priorizar a defesa do menor, mesmo quando procurado pelo genitor alienante para a defesa de seus direitos, inclusive com a recusa ao patrocínio da causa do progenitor alienante. |
| Abstract: | The present work will treat regarding the Parental Alienation, with the objective to detach the importance of the syndrome of parental alienation under the approach of legal. To identify Science, the parental alienation and to prevent that this maleficent process affects the child and if it converts into syndrome are tasks that if impose to the Judiciary Power. The lawyer who militates in the area of the family law must prioritize the defense of the minor, exactly when looked for the alienator genitor for the defense of its rights, also with the refusal to the sponsorship of the cause of the alienator ancestor. |
