Do instituto da delação premiada no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro

Abstract

In looking at the current scenario of the country, it is noticed that the awarded delation has become the target of great attention, in view of the recent events, and with this attention there are several points and many doubts that hover about the subject and need a clarification. The present work, therefore, seeks to clarify what is the institute of the awarded dalation, as well as to bring as it is presented in the legal order of the country. In this way, the present research still brings the nuances that permeate this institute, in the sense of explaining in which situations there is the possibility of applying the award, as well as the benefits and practical consequences in the penalty of the criminal agent, also raising the requirements to be fulfilled for the concession of the same in order to avoid the vulgarization and bad faith use of this legal institute.
