Abstract:
This work will address the issues inherent to the environmental impact on cattle breeding in Brazil, with the aim of highlighting the possible damage that this practice can cause to the environment from the perspective of Legal Science in Brazilian environmental law. The objective of this article is to know the impacts of cattle breeding in the Brazilian territory with the purpose of preventing future problems with the Brazilian flora, providing for ecologically balanced future well-being. This purpose is a social obligation also imposed on the entire Brazilian population. It is important to emphasize that the obligations inherent to the subsistence of an ecologically balanced environment do not embrace exclusively the professionals of the legal area, but constitute to all the obligation to protect and enjoy a healthy environment.
