Abstract:
The present study purpose is to conceptuating the principles base of labour law, some presente in the Federal Constitution from 1988 and others present in the Consolidation of labor laws, well as, discuss some changes and changes in labour reform, with the presentation of three articles that had modified or included in the new text of the Law 13.467/2017. The aim of this
study was to verify if the changes brought actually had some impact employees and also for employers in relation to the topics covered.
