Reconversão industrial durante uma crise

Abstract

This study aims to propose an industrial reconversion. It is a literature review, with the intent to demonstrate as to how industrial reconversion can contribute for its nation going through periods of crisis. Therefore, it is necessary firstly to review how industrial reconversion was used in the second world war, mainly in the United States, which utilizing industrial reconversion came out ahead, secondly to describe how industrial reconversion works both in large industries and also in small and medium-sized companies, their differences, and finally to talk about their importance, making use of a crisis and how to help the country through said difficult moment. A pure basic research is then carried out, using the hypothetical-deductive method, with a qualitative and descriptive bibliographic research. In doing so, verifying that industrial reconversion is primarily dependant on the government, through the use of enforcement of laws and decrees, to force large industries into kickstarting the production. Also informing small and medium sized industries about the industrial reconversion option in order to surpass said crisis, therefore the Government is the main stakeholder during the process of industrial reconversion.
