Abstract

This paper aims to discuss and analyze the law 13,467 / 2017 regarding the labor union contribution, emphasizing the future of unions in the face of changes in labor reform. It describes the main changes in the CLT that directly affect the economic situation of the Labor unions; It aims to draw a general perspective on the subject through a brief presentation on unionism and the Federal Constitution of 1988 and also, know the sources of income of labor unions. With the occasional changes, the relationship between employees, labor unions and companies has changed. It is up to the union to prepare itself for the possible consequences of this change in its fund collection, given that the union contribution by the no associated worker was forbidden without express consent. Given this, we will have a scenario of great labor union weakening driven by the lack of financial support, making unions seek to attract workers in a positive way to join and thus remain in full activity, avoiding greater impacts or even their closure.
