Das relações familiares e do dever de indenizar dos genitores diante do abandono afetivo

Abstract

The family is considered the basis of society, being this, supported by the law. At the historical level, it is possible to identify several changes between the old family model and the current family structures. Such changes have been important in family law since they have caused further changes and further discussions to be carried out by doctrine, law and jurisprudence. Much is discussed about the affectivity between the members of these family structures and how significant this is, as well as the consequences of the lack of this love and affection, once the denial hurts the principle of the dignity of the human person in addition to the other principles that involve the family's right. The purpose of this study is to develop the aspects of affective abandonment and the accountability of the parents to the Brazilian Legal Order, since they must be responsible for exercising with efficiency and responsibility the role assigned to them.
