| Título: | Abordagens a respeito da jornada de trabalho à luz da CLT e da Lei 13.467/2017 |

| Resumo: | No presente trabalho, tem-se como tema, um estudo do instituto jornada de trabalho e suas diversas teorias, previstas na Constituição Federal, em seu artigo 7º, XIII, XIV, e também na CLT, DECRETO N.º 5.542 e Lei 13.467/2017. Tendo como base, pesquisas bibliográficas, buscou-se a exposição em três capítulos, a jornada de trabalho, alteração na jornada de trabalho e jornadas diferenciadas. No primeiro capítulo, apresentou-se o objetivo e a exposição do histórico referente ao tema. No segundo capitulo, abordou-se as alterações na jornada de trabalho. Finalmente, no terceiro capitulo buscou-se demonstrar todas as teorias e aplicabilidade do limite de jornada, a previsão legal, vantagens e desvantagens, aspectos sociais, os reflexos tanto na vida dos trabalhadores quanto da empresa. |
| Abstract: | In the present work, we have as a theme, a study of the institute working day and its various theories, provided for in the Federal Constitution, in its article 7, XIII, XIV, and also in the CLT, art. 4th, art. 58, § 2, art. 244, § 2, 253. Based on bibliographical research, we sought exposure in three chapters, the working day, the change in the working day and different days. In the first chapter, the objective and the exposition of the history related to the theme. In the second chapter, we approached the changes in the working day. Finally, in the third chapter we tried to demonstrate all theories and applicability of the limit of the day, legal forecast, advantages and disadvantages, social aspects, the reflexes both in the life of the workers and the company. |
