| Resumo: | Com o crescimento acelerado e desordenado das cidades, o inchaço populacional acaba por impulsionar a periferização das classes mais baixas, abstraindo parte da população de serviços públicos de qualidade, básicos e necessários à sobrevivência. Portanto, objetiva-se, neste estudo, a implementação de um conjunto habitacional de interesse social para a cidade de Maringá/PR, desmistificando-se a prerrogativa de que este deve se localizar às bordas das cidades, onde o preço do solo é mais baixo e menos disputado. Trata-se de uma pesquisa para embasar o projeto arquitetônico que atende aos requisitos do trabalho de conclusão do curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo. A partir de dados do censo de 2010 do IBGE (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística), serão caracterizadas as necessidades de habitação na região, com a finalidade de se propor alternativas para essa problemática, demonstrando-se a importância da moradia como meio de desenvolvimento social e econômico, comprovada a partir de casos correlatos analisados, em que houve a integração de serviços públicos e habitação com melhoria na qualidade de vida, não apenas dos moradores mas também da população do entorno, que se beneficia dos serviços oferecidos. Regarding the accelerated and disorderly growth of cities, the population boom ends up promoting the peripherization of the lower classes, taking away part of the population from quality public services, basic and necessary for survival. Therefore, the objective of this study is the implementation of a housing complex of social interest for the city of Maringá/PR, demystifying the prerogative that these should be located on the edges of cities, where the price of land is lower and less disputed. It is a research to support the architectural project that meets the requirements of the course completion work. Based on data from the 2010 census of IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics) will be characterized housing needs in the region, with the purpose of giving alternatives to this problem, demonstrating the importance of housing on social and economic development, which were verified from correlated cases analyzed, where there was integration of public services and housing with the improvement in the quality of life, not only of the residents, but also of the surrounding population, which benefits from the services offered. |
